Most pain is brought about by the fact we don’t move the way the body has developed to move. So we don’t use our supporting muscles and the body becomes out of line. This happens to active people as much as it happens to inactive.

Where joints are out of line they wear out quicker and disease and degeneration creep in. The good news is that there are some easy tips to learn that will help keep you strong and safe.
