In this Advanced class, Andy walks you through exercised to help you build strength and alignment in you arms, shoulders and back. This is a great one if you work at a desk all day and are at an Advanced Pilates level.
This is a class for balance and only 20 minutes long.
It is for Advanced clients only, so please make sure you are being responsible for your health by choosing the class that is right for you.
In this class Advanced clients can follow Andy through a series of movements to help strengthen and align the body to minimise the impact of hypermobility in joints. This is a more challenging class, for those of you who would prefer a slightly gentler class please see the beginners/backcare Hypermobility class.

In this 16 minute class, Andy walks you through a routine that will help you strengthen your oblique muscles, while also loosening the neck and shoulder muscles. This class is for those who have been doing Pilates for some time and have no chronic pain.
Never attempt a class if you are unsure.
This is a great chance for those with no spine/disk issues to work a little harder. Build you obliques especially if your neck fires on in class. At the very end of the class I show you how to bolster yourself so you can build core and not use your neck. Eventually the neck will stop trying to do everything for you but you need to break the cycle... by doing this class three times a week:) Have fun.
